Alchemy Bikes will give you a full refund within 30 days of receiving your bike, if you don’t enjoy your new Alchemy bike after you ride it. They will pick up the bike, send you a call tag for the bike, or work with your local service shop to send the bike back to Alchemy.
Alchemy Bikes covers the frame with a lifetime warranty due to manufacturer defects. Paint and finish are covered for 1 year on manufacturing defects. You must register your bike with Alchemy within 30 days of purchase; the warranty is only valid for original customers. The lifetime warranty does not cover damage due to wear and tear or crashes.
