A practical savings guide for shoppers using Auter US offers.
Auter does not publish a promo code at the moment. Its FAQ and newsletter box mention no first-order discount, and neither outerwear page shows a reduced price. The saving the site does state is complimentary standard shipping on U.S. orders over $500.
Most pieces on the women's and men's outerwear pages carry a Preorder badge.
Standard U.S. shipping takes 3 to 7 business days and is complimentary on orders over $500. Express shipping takes 1 to 3 business days at a rate calculated at checkout. Domestic orders ship with USPS, UPS or FedEx, and international shipping is available to select countries with rates shown at checkout.
Items can be sent back within 14 days of the shipment date if they are unworn, unwashed and in original condition with tags and packaging. A $25 restocking fee is deducted, shipping fees are not repaid, and the money arrives 7 to 10 business days after the item is received and inspected. Auter does not process direct swaps: a different size is a new order. An order can be cancelled within 14 days of purchase if it has not shipped.
