Verified Top PickA strip at the top of every page of cleanme.co.uk states that this code saves £5 on an initial booking. Clean Me is a marketplace: you enter your postcode, compare the mobile car washers and valeters available in your area and pay online when you book. No end date is printed for the code.
Limited Time Offer
Pending
VerifiedA booking that has not yet been accepted by an operator can be cancelled for a full refund, the cancellation policy states. Once a booking is accepted a cancellation fee applies, so read the policy before cancelling late. Refunds go back to the original payment method and can take 3 to 5 business days to show.
Limited Time Offer
Late
VerifiedIf the operator is late by 1 hour or more and has not started the job, you can cancel the booking without a cancellation fee, as both the customer FAQ and the cancellation policy state. The policy adds that the same applies when an operator reschedules a booking two or more times.
Limited Time Offer
No-Show
VerifiedIf you cancel an accepted booking because the operator failed to attend the appointment, an amount equal to 25% of the booking value is made available to you as compensation for your wasted time, according to the cancellation policy and the terms of service. If an operator cancels, you receive a full refund and Clean Me helps you rebook with another operator.
Limited Time Offer
Ahead
VerifiedYou can book up to 28 days into the future, the customer FAQ states, and the home page advertises same-day and next-day availability. After you book, the operator confirms within hours, and status updates arrive by email or push notification.
Limited Time Offer
1 Booking
VerifiedDepending on the service and the vehicle size, up to 3 cars can be included in one booking. You add them by choosing one of the additional vehicle options on the Upgrade your service page while booking.
Limited Time Offer
Dispute
VerifiedA customer who is not happy with a service can raise a dispute from the orders page, with photographic evidence, within 48 hours of the booking being completed. The operator has 24 hours to respond, and if they do not, the dispute claim is accepted automatically.
Limited Time Offer
Settle
VerifiedPayment is made when you book, by Apple Pay or Google Pay, but it sits in the pending balance of your bank account and does not leave it until the job is completed. If the booking does not go ahead, the pending payment is cancelled, and the FAQ says the funds can take up to 5 days to settle.

A practical savings guide for shoppers using Clean Me offers.
Clean Me, run by Clean Me Marketplace Ltd, is a booking marketplace for mobile car cleaning across the UK. You enter your postcode and vehicle details on the site or in its app, see the washers, valeters and detailers who cover your area, pick a service and a time, and the operator comes to your home, your workplace or wherever the car is parked. The site also lists carpet, rug and upholstery cleaning.
Yes. A strip at the top of every page prints one code that saves £5 off your first booking. No end date is given. The site shows no other code or sale at the moment. A subscription for regular bookings exists, but the pages read state no price for it.
Clean Me does not set service prices. Each operator sets its own rates, and you see them only after entering your postcode, so this page does not quote any. The site says this lets you compare prices, ratings and services before you choose.
Most operators bring their own water and power for car cleaning; the booking summary shows whether yours needs access to either. The operator needs parking next to or close to the vehicle.
