The dibz site does not publish a rabattkod or discount code. It states instead that you get a discount by paying in advance, and that every plan starts with a 14-day free trial.
A plan gives access to more than 400 queues across Sweden for rental housing, student housing, senior housing and parking, with automatic registrations and logins in each queue. The site notes that the housing application itself is always made on the website of the queue concerned.
