Top PickEntering SUMMER10 at checkout takes 10% off across the whole store, including the e bikes rather than accessories only. On a bike costing four figures that is the largest single saving Fafrees offers.

The clearance section carries a standing 10% reduction on the models being cleared, covering the F26 Hailong One, F26 Lasting, F26 Pro, F28 Pro and F700W. Stock is what remains rather than reordered, so sizes and colours run out.

Delivery is free and handled without contact, which matters on an e bike where the parcel is large and heavy. Eco friendly packaging is used rather than the usual polystyrene.

All bikes carry twelve months of cover as standard, with an extended warranty available separately through Xcotton. On an electric bike the battery and controller are what fail, so the extension is worth pricing.

Bikes and accessories can go back within 30 days. That is enough to ride the bike properly and find out whether the frame size and range actually suit your commute.

Signing up brings an additional discount applied to your order on top of the current promotion. Free to join, and worth doing before checking out rather than after.

Assembly guides, manuals and a help centre are published openly along with separate pre sales and after sales email lines. Useful given the bikes arrive partly assembled rather than ready to ride.

Separate EU and UK storefronts mean orders ship domestically rather than crossing customs. That removes the import charge that usually erodes the saving on a directly imported e bike.
