Helokeep Promo Codes and E-Bike Sale Prices, October 2026

Is there a Helokeep promo code?

Helokeep's site banner offers $20 off your first order on 18 October 2026, but it does not print a code, so check that the $20 shows at checkout. Beyond that, the savings are the sale prices printed on each bike and the Combo Sale for two bikes bought together.

Helokeep prices

Single bikes on the home page run from $699 for the 26P and CM20 up to $1,599.99 for the CD20 Mega Bundle. The 26M and 26F are the high-power models, with a 48V 25Ah battery and up to 3000W max power. Buying two bikes through the Combo Sale lowers the price per bike further.

Delivery and returns

Standard shipping is free on eligible e-bikes to the 48 contiguous states. Helokeep does not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, PO boxes or other countries. In-stock orders leave the California or New Jersey warehouse within 1 to 2 business days and arrive in 3 to 10 business days. An unridden bike in its original packaging can be sent back within 30 days of delivery, but the shopper pays a $200 flat return shipping fee, plus a 20% restocking fee after day 14. Core components are covered for 2 years, the battery for 3 months. E-bikes are not sold to anyone under 18.

How to save at Helokeep

Compare the single bike price with the Combo Sale if two riders need bikes, because the two-bike price is lower than two single bikes. Apply the $20 first order offer, and be sure of the model before buying, since a change-of-mind return costs at least $200.
