JUCY promo codes and campervan hire deals

Is there a JUCY promo code?

JUCY's booking form has a promo code box, but on 24 October 2026 the company does not publish a code on its deals pages. Its current saving needs no code at all: the Travel Now and Save 10% offer is applied at checkout for new bookings made by 31 October 2026, 11:59pm local time. The offer cannot be combined with any other discount, promotional code or offer, so a code from elsewhere would replace it rather than add to it.

Current JUCY deals

• Australia: 10% off the base daily rate on all JUCY and Chill'd campervans and cars, for travel starting 1 November 2026 to 31 January 2027, with 20 December 2026 to 10 January 2027 excluded. Pick-up and drop-off can be at any Australian branch.
• New Zealand: 10% off the base daily rate, with travel windows by branch. Auckland covers travel to 31 October 2026 on the Chaser, Crib, Condo, Big Kahuna and Small Hatch Car. Christchurch runs to 31 January 2027 except 11 to 30 November and 20 December to 10 January. Queenstown runs from 1 December 2026 to 31 January 2027 except 20 December to 10 January.
• Velocity Frequent Flyer: 2 points for every A$1 of eligible spend on campervan hire booked directly in Australia.
• BIG4 Perks+: JUCY points Australian hirers to BIG4 holiday parks, where Perks+ membership unlocks member discounts.
• Price Match Pledge: JUCY says it will beat a cheaper price you have seen; read the pledge rules on its deals page before relying on it.

The 10% offers cover the base daily rate only. One-way fees, location surcharges, optional extras, insurance products, bonds and road user charges are charged in full.

Shipping, returns and payment

There is nothing to ship: you collect the vehicle at a JUCY branch, and one-way hire is possible between most branches, with a relocation fee on some routes. For bookings made or amended from 1 May 2026, cancelling 31 days or more before pick-up costs nothing beyond transaction fees. Cancelling 7 to 30 days before costs 20% of the hire fees, 1 to 6 days before costs 50%, and cancelling on the day or not turning up costs 100% with no refund. Flexible Amendment and Cancellation Cover costs A$200 at booking and allows a free cancellation up to 7 days before pick-up, plus one waived amendment fee. Credit for future travel must be used within a year of the original pick-up date, in the same country and the same name. Deposit timing, the balance due date and bond amounts are set out in JUCY's terms and conditions, so read section 4 and the payment terms before you book.

How to save with JUCY

If your dates fit the travel windows, book before the end of October so the 10% applies. Avoid the Christmas and New Year blackout, pick a return trip to skip one-way fees, and weigh the A$200 flexible cover against how fixed your plans are.
