Yes, one code is printed on the site. The benefits banner on its magazine pages reads: with the code DIREKT, an additional 5% discount on the apartment price. It is listed among the advantages of booking with the operator instead of a travel portal, next to a price advantage over online and travel portals, extras that can be booked along and flexible rebooking and cancellation terms. No end date is given. The page called Gutscheine on the site is something else: it sells gift vouchers by post or as a download, valid for 3 years. Long-stay rate: 25% from 14 nights
- 25% off the overnight price for the whole stay, from a minimum of 14 nights.
- Travel period 2 November 2026 to 28 February 2027, New Year's Eve excluded; the whole stay must fall inside it, so the last arrival is 14 February 2027.
- Lofts and apartments with one or two bedrooms; apartments with a private sauna are excluded.
- Weekly interim cleaning with a change of towels and bed linen is included, which the site puts at about 110 € for 14 nights.
- Final cleaning and visitor's tax are added as usual. Not combinable with the early-booking discount, and discount codes do not apply.
Early-booking discount: 10%

Winter package: five months at a flat price
For 1 November 2026 to 31 March 2027 the operator offers 22 apartments in three houses in Ahlbeck at a flat price for two people: 10.300 € for a loft, 11.800 € with one bedroom and 13.300 € with two bedrooms, which is 2.060 € to 2.660 € a month. Weekly cleaning, linen change, laundry room, WiFi, a fixed parking space, electricity, water, heating and final cleaning are included; visitor's tax is extra, a third person costs 50 € once and a dog 5 € per night. It can only be booked on request, with a 30% deposit and four monthly payments, and cannot be cancelled after the deposit.
About the apartments
The six houses are Villa Steigel, Nadler Hof, Kaiser Karl and Villa Albatros in Ahlbeck, and Villa Groth and Villa Staudt in Heringsdorf, all in the style of the island's resort architecture and a few minutes from the beach.
