Wietholt is a German office supplies retailer — printer toner and ink, paper, envelopes, stamps, calendars, office furniture, plus warehouse and workshop equipment. It sells to businesses as much as to individuals, and the terms below reflect that.
The one voucher Wietholt publishes
Joining the newsletter earns a €10 voucher for your next order. The condition is printed alongside it and matters: a minimum order value of €100 net. That makes it worth timing for a genuine restock rather than a small top-up order that will not qualify.
We list no percentage code here because Wietholt does not publish one. It keeps a running Aktionen section instead — currently office chairs, garden furniture and a seasonal Summerbreeze range — where individual lines are reduced and the contents change. Check it against the main catalogue before ordering anything at list price.
Delivery has a threshold, and a fee that does not move
Two numbers decide what an order actually costs:
Delivery is free above €59 net (€70.21 gross) within Germany, and below that a flat €5.95 net applies. For international orders the free threshold is €105.91. Since consumables get reordered anyway, consolidating toner with paper and envelopes to clear the threshold removes the charge at no extra cost.
The one that catches people out: Wietholt adds an Umweltpauschale of €2.99 to every order, domestic or international. Reaching the free delivery threshold does not remove it. It is charged per order, so three small orders pay it three times where one consolidated order pays it once. Factor it in when comparing a small Wietholt basket against another supplier.
Digital products, delivered as a file by email, carry no shipping charge and sit outside the thresholds entirely.
Terms that favour business buyers
From your third order Wietholt opens payment on account, with the invoice due within 10 days. For a business that is the difference between putting supplies on a card and running them through normal ledger terms. Advance bank transfer, PayPal, credit card and Klarna are all available from the first order.
Returns run to 30 days, more than double the 14 day statutory minimum in Germany, with goods returned in original condition and packaging. On office furniture that longer window is worth having, since a chair is rarely judged properly in a fortnight.
The saving that is easy to overlook
Wietholt’s ÖKOBOX is free: request one, fill it with empty toner and ink cartridges, and Wietholt disposes of and recycles them at no charge. For any office printing at volume this removes a real disposal cost and the paperwork around it, and it applies whether or not you are buying anything that month.
