Shipping, returns and payment

All shipping and handling within the contiguous U.S. is free. Seats with the 24 hour shipping label leave the warehouse within one business day when ordered before 2pm, and in-stock items usually arrive 7 to 10 business days after shipping. Truck deliveries are curbside only unless arranged otherwise, and the freight company calls to book a delivery slot. Hawaii, Alaska and international orders need a price quote by phone. Inspect every box with the driver present, because damage must be noted on the freight bill and reported within 48 hours.

Returns need an RMA number from 4Seating by phone. If you change your mind, unaltered standard items can be returned within 7 days of delivery in the original cartons, for a refund minus a 30% restocking fee and the round-trip freight cost. Cancelling within 48 hours of ordering costs a 7% processing fee, and later cancellations are charged the 30% restocking fee plus shipping. Wrong items reported within 72 hours are replaced at no charge. Payment is by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Affirm financing, money order, cashier's check or bank transfer.

How to save at 4Seating

Start with the sale page, where the 40% and 50% clearance rows sit, and compare the Recline and Save per-seat prices before choosing a row size. Because returns carry a 30% fee plus freight both ways, check measurements and colour before ordering.
