Who can buy, and where it ships

Buyers must follow federal, state and local laws, and the shop says it is your responsibility to know whether an item is legal where you live. Its terms require buyers to be 21 or older for a pistol and 18 or older for a rifle. Most listings say no FFL is required, but orders for Illinois, New York City and Washington D.C. go to an FFL dealer, and the shop does not process orders to New Jersey. Its terms also list P.O. boxes, APO and FPO addresses and US territories as places it cannot ship. It does not ship outside the USA, including Canada.

Delivery and returns

In-stock items ship by USPS Priority Mail in about 7 business days, and hand built pistols are estimated at 6 to 14 weeks. Pistol orders need an adult signature, charged at $5.75 per order. Alaska and Hawaii cost more. Returns need an RMA number and the receipt, and the buyer pays return shipping; firearms, ammunition, powder, components and primers cannot be returned. Cancellations carry fees, starting at $35 for stock items. The FAQ lists a lifetime warranty on manufacturing defects for the original buyer.
