Is there an AshChromics promo code?

AshChromics does not publish a public promo code on its site. Its own discount is a 10% code for a first purchase, which you get by subscribing to the newsletter in the site footer, and the cart has a coupon box so the code can be applied at checkout. What FADES sunglasses are

FADES use electrochromic lenses which, according to the shop, switch from light to dark in under 3 seconds and back almost at once without relying on UV light, so they also work indoors and in cars. They are not polarised, have a scratch-resistant polycarbonate outer layer and charge from any micro-USB charger, with a battery the shop puts at 3 to 5 days between charges. They are made for outdoor use in rain or snow but are not waterproof, so they are not meant for swimming.

Shipping, returns and payment

The site states free shipping, but its shipping and returns page gives no delivery times, so email sales@ashchromics.com before ordering if you need a date. Undamaged products can be returned within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or a credit back to the card used to pay, and refunds are processed 3 to 5 business days after the return arrives. Prescription FADES are made to order and cannot be refunded or exchanged. Items damaged in transit are replaced once you contact the shop.

Products carry a 1 year warranty from the purchase date against manufacturing defects, with proof of purchase; the faulty part or the whole item is replaced free, although shipping is not included. Scratches, heavy wear, accidents, water damage and user-caused battery failure are excluded, and the shop offers paid repairs outside the warranty. It recommends creating an account when buying, for order tracking and warranty claims.

Subscribe to the newsletter before a first order to get the 10% code, then enter it in the coupon box at checkout. Add any spare strap or cloth bag to the same order as the glasses, since the cloth bag is only sold that way. For prescription lenses, double-check the prescription you upload, because made-to-order pairs cannot be returned.
