Is there a bOnline voucher code?

bOnline does not publish a voucher code at the moment, and its pages show no Halloween or October offer. What it does offer is money off the cost of switching: if your business is still in a contract with another phone provider, bOnline says it will cover up to £100 of your exit fees. The terms for that cover are linked from its pricing and switching pages.

Current bOnline offers

• Referral credit: a small business that joins through an existing customer's referral gets £25 credit on its first bill. The customer who referred it gets a £75 Prezzee digital gift card for each business that signs up.
• Free trial: bOnline lets you try the service free, with no card and no commitment. It says setup takes about 2 minutes. The trial length is not stated on the page.
• Free AI receptionist demo: enter your website and bOnline builds a demo AI receptionist you can ring, in about 30 seconds.

All plan prices are per user a month and exclude VAT.

• Starter: from £7.00, with a digital line and number, 40+ calling features and the mobile and desktop apps.
• Unlimited Calling: from £13.95, with unlimited UK landline and mobile calls and on-demand call recording.
• AI for Business Calls: from £19.95, the plan bOnline marks most popular, with every call recorded and transcribed.
• AI Hero: from £29.95, with the AI receptionist included.

Add-ons include the AI Receptionist for £10 a month on any plan, AI call recording for £8 a month and CRM integrations for £8 a month. International packages cost £5 a month for unlimited minutes to 14 destinations, £6 for 500 minutes to 100 destinations and £10 for 1,000 minutes to 100 destinations. The fibre and 5G bundles are listed without prices.

Switching and contract terms

bOnline states a fixed price for up to 12 months without price rises and a 14 day period in which a new customer can cancel without hassle. You can keep your existing number, and bOnline says it moves it across for you.

Start with the free trial to check the service before you pay. When leaving another provider early, ask about the exit fee cover before you sign. When a business you know is already on bOnline, join through its referral link to get the £25 first bill credit. Pick the plan by the calls you make: Starter gives the line, number and calling features, while Unlimited Calling adds unlimited UK landline and mobile calls.
