A practical savings guide for shoppers using CHIC HOUSE offers.
CHIC HOUSE does not show a promo code on its own site at the moment. Codes listed on other coupon sites could not be confirmed on chichousemall.com, so they are not on this page. What the shop does publish are automatic offers: a Halloween DIY offer of 15% off custom SOMA sofa builds, a Halloween Sale page that promises up to $2,999 off, and sale prices on most of its sofa ranges. Its banner also mentions SOMA tiered savings of $80, $120 or $200, but the order values behind each tier are not stated on the pages we read.
The SOMA range is the core of the catalogue: modules such as a middle seat at $379.99 or a console table at $425.49 can be combined, and ready-made L-shaped sets run from $1,559.99 for the Motion 4 seat with recliner to $3,569.99 for the Oasis II 10 seat. The DUETTO 5 seat sofa with ottoman in Nano-Shield fabric is $1,169.99 (regular $3,199.99). MONOS storage cabinets cost $169.99 for a single display or hinged unit and $639.99 for a 4-piece set.
Standard shipping is free to most addresses in the continental US, usually by FedEx. Orders are processed in 1 to 2 business days and then take 7 to 10 business days. Very large configurations may go by LTL freight with curbside or garage drop-off, and fully custom orders take 4 to 12 weeks. The shop does not deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories or PO boxes. Eligible items can be returned within 90 days of receipt with prior approval by email; you pay the return shipping unless the item was damaged or wrong, a 10% charge applies if the original packaging is no longer intact, and assembled or clearance items cannot be returned. Sofas carry a 3-year limited warranty.
If you want a tailored layout, the 15% Halloween offer on custom SOMA builds runs alongside the Halloween Sale, so compare a custom build with the ready-made sets before you order. Order a swatch kit first when the fabric choice is still open, keep the packaging until you are certain the sofa fits, and check the delivery area before checkout if you live outside the continental US.
