Is there a CO2 Impact voucher code?

CO2 Impact does not publish a voucher code on its website, and none came through its affiliate feed on 23 October 2026. The savings it does offer are built into its pricing: a free 7-day trial of the Basic plan, and a lower total price when a business pays for its 12-month licence upfront instead of in monthly instalments. All prices on the site exclude VAT.

CO2 Impact plans and prices

• Basic: £468 a year (£39 a month equivalent) or £46 a month, for 1 user and 1 operational site.
• Professional: £599 a year or £59 a month, for 3 users and 3 sites.
• Premium: £729 a year or £72 a month, for 5 users and 5 sites, adding the manufactured goods carbon calculator and enhanced reporting.
• Platinum: £1,199 a year or £119 a month, for 10 users and 10 sites.

Every plan includes Scope 1, 2 and 3 tracking across 15 categories, AI support and all reporting functions. Extra users cost £60 a year or £6 a month, and extra sites £80 a year or £8 a month. Across a full year, annual payment comes to £84 less on Basic, £109 less on Professional, £135 less on Premium and £229 less on Platinum.

The free trial

The 7-day Basic trial needs no credit card. It gives 1 user and 1 site, allows up to 10 entries per activity category and lets you explore the emissions dashboard, but reports cannot be produced until you buy a licence.

Billing terms for businesses

CO2 Impact's licence terms state that the platform is for business use only. Each Business Licence runs for 12 months, and choosing monthly payment does not shorten that term: the business commits to all twelve instalments. With automatic renewal switched on, the licence renews for another 12 months and the shop sends a reminder first. Subscription fees and usage token purchases are non-refundable except where the law requires it or a platform error caused the charge. A VAT invoice is emailed after each renewal.

2. Pick the plan by the number of users and sites you need, then compare it with Basic plus add-ons.
3. Pay annually if the budget allows: it costs less than twelve monthly payments on every plan.
4. Keep automatic renewal in mind and diary the renewal date, as fees are not refundable.
