No public code is listed on the site at the moment. The plan page shows a flash sale of 20% off the first month instead, so check that it appears in the total before paying. Plans are billed up front: 1 month for $30, 3 months for $87, 6 months for $168 and 12 months for $324, which is $27 a month. Existing members can also sell back up to 6 like-new puzzles from listed brands for a $7 credit off a future month per verified puzzle, on active subscriptions only.
Members get one puzzle at a time, with no cap on how many they finish in a month. Each puzzle goes back in its reusable mailer with a prepaid label. The first returned puzzle with a missing piece is free of charge, and each later one costs $5. Puzzles ship from Dallas, Texas, to the contiguous US only, and gift subscriptions ship free both ways.
You can pause for at least one month or cancel in the account portal. After a membership ends, any puzzle not sent back within 30 days is charged at $17, so return the last one in time.
