Comunello Shop Discount Codes and Saldi Offers

Is there a Comunello Shop discount code?

Comunello does not print a public code on its site. Its welcome offer is a €5 coupon, sent as soon as you sign up to the newsletter, which also carries news of later promotions. Most other savings sit in the Saldi section, where prices are already cut and no code is needed.

Shipping, returns and payment

Shipping: delivery in Italy costs €6 on orders under €60 and is free from €60. Cash on delivery adds €4. Orders to other European countries cost €10, whatever the amount; the shop does not ship outside Europe. Parcels go by express courier and arrive within 2 to 3 working days in mainland Italy and 4 to 5 working days on the islands.

Returns: you can send back any item within 14 days of delivery, intact and in its original packaging, after contacting the shop by email, phone or WhatsApp with your order number. One return per order is free, and a change of size or colour within 14 days costs nothing extra. The courier emails you a return label to print, and you drop the parcel at a courier point.

Payment and refunds: you can pay by credit card, PayPal or cash on delivery. Card refunds are made within 7 working days, PayPal refunds appear within 24 hours of the return being accepted, and cash on delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer without the shipping and cash on delivery fees.
