Is there a FranceComfort discount code?

FranceComfort does not publish a discount code on its own website. A 10% code for bookings is listed through its affiliate network; since it is not shown on francecomfort.com, check that the reduction appears in the booking summary before you confirm. The offers that FranceComfort itself advertises are price reductions on dates and free extras, set out below.

Current FranceComfort offers

• Last Minute discounts: a dedicated page for short-notice stays at its parks. No fixed amount is stated, so compare prices for your dates.
• Free Multi Pass in the Alps: summer guests at AlpChalets and AlpResort Portes du Soleil receive the Portes du Soleil Multi Pass free. FranceComfort values it at €90 per person per week, which is €360 a week for a family of four. It covers chairlifts and cable cars and gives free or reduced entry to nearly 200 activities in 12 French and Swiss villages. It is valid from mid-May, with only some activities open in May, June and September.
• Seasonal themes: autumn holidays, golf deals at Domaine Les Forges, Christmas in an Alpine chalet, Spring Break and Easter pages.

What FranceComfort rents

The holiday homes sit on 17 parks in Poitou-Charentes, Aquitaine and Gironde, Dordogne and Lot, Provence and the Côte d'Azur, Languedoc and the Rhône-Alpes, including Domaine de Lanzac, Village des Cigales, Jardin du Golf and the winter park Le Flocon Blanc. Most parks have a pool, and some homes have a private pool, sauna, jacuzzi or air conditioning. FranceComfort specialises in family holidays and does not accept groups of young people.

Shipping, returns and payment

As a holiday rental company, FranceComfort has no shipping or product returns; its booking terms take their place. Prices are in € and include VAT, and each booking carries an administration charge that is not refunded on cancellation or rebooking. If you book more than 6 weeks before arrival, a 40% deposit is due within three days of the booking confirmation and the balance 6 weeks before arrival. Bookings made within 6 weeks of arrival are paid in full within three days.

There is no legal right of withdrawal for travel bookings. Cancellation costs 40% of the total after booking, 90% between 42 and 14 days before arrival and 100% in the last 14 days, and FranceComfort can issue a cancellation invoice for your travel insurance. Arrival is usually between 16.00 and 19.00 and departure between 8.00 and 10.00, and a security deposit is paid on arrival when you collect the keys. Some extra costs are paid on site, depending on the park.

How to save with FranceComfort

Check the Last Minute page if your dates are flexible, and for a summer stay in the Alps count the free Multi Pass in the value. As cancellation costs start at 40% as soon as you book, consider insurance before paying the deposit.
