Everything shoppers ask before using Hibisway offers.
Hibisway did not show a public promo code on 24 October 2026. Several of its loukoum boxes were on promotion instead, such as the Royal Box 1200g at €47.70 instead of €64.
Yes. Delivery to a relay point is free from €45 and home delivery is free from €65, as shown in the banner on 24 October 2026.
Orders are prepared in 1 to 2 working days. Delivery then takes about 3 to 6 working days with Colissimo, 2 to 3 with Chronopost and 3 to 7 to a relay point, and a paid express option ships orders placed before 3pm the same day.
No. Hibisway's terms explain that loukoums are cut to order and perishable, so the 14 day withdrawal right does not apply once the order is prepared. Products not made to order, such as coffee, can still be returned within 14 days.
Hibisway delivers across mainland France and Corsica, and also to Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Italy, the United Kingdom, Germany and the Netherlands, with the shipping price shown at checkout.
A practical savings guide for shoppers using Hibisway offers.
Hibisway does not show a public promo code on its site. Its checkout has a coupon field, but the savings you can see today are reduced prices on its loukoum boxes, marked En promo, and a free delivery threshold. Hibisway's terms add that its offers cannot be combined with each other or with a loyalty programme running on the site.
The range covers more than 50 loukoum varieties, flavoured with rose, pomegranate, lemon or pistachio, and the creamy rolled sarma loukoums. Best sellers on the home page include Croqu'Almond, Loukoum Infinity rose, Purple Sweetness and Double Pistache, sold by weight from 100g to 1000g. Ready made boxes run from the Fantasy Box of 300g at €9.50 to the Royal Box, and a box à composer lets you choose three varieties. The shop also sells Turkish coffee, a tea selection and gift boxes, and takes quotes for trays and event orders by email.
Delivery: orders are prepared in 1 to 2 working days, or up to 3 at busy times. Indicative delivery times are 3 to 6 working days with Colissimo, 2 to 3 with Chronopost and 3 to 7 to a relay point. Home delivery covers mainland France and Corsica, and Hibisway also ships to Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Italy, the United Kingdom, Germany and the Netherlands, with the shipping price shown before you pay. A paid express preparation option sends orders placed before 3pm the same day.
Returns: loukoums are cut and prepared to order and are perishable, so the terms exclude them from the 14 day withdrawal right once the order is marked as prepared and awaiting dispatch. Items that are not prepared to order, such as coffee, keep the 14 day right, exercised by email to contact@hibisway.com and by post.
Payment: payment is taken in full, in €, by card or PayPal, through Stripe or PayPal, and the site footer also shows Apple Pay and Klarna.
Compare the En promo boxes with single loukoums by weight, and build your basket past €45 for free relay delivery or €65 for free home delivery. Offers on this page were checked on the shop's own website on 24 October 2026.
