A practical savings guide for shoppers using IT Luggage UK offers.
IT Luggage prints one code in the banner of itluggage.com: SETS20, which takes 20% off all luggage sets. The site shows no end date for it. A separate 15% saving on a first purchase goes to shoppers who sign up for the brand's emails.
The clearance page marks down cabin and medium cases without a code. The BRITBAG Ashdon cabin case is £40, down from £60, the New York World's Lightest cabin case is £35, down from £50, and the Trunkryder kids ride-on suitcase is £30, down from £40. Smaller items are cut too: the TSA combination lock and the twin pack of TSA key padlocks are £5 each instead of £10, and the Lustrous Luxe backpack is £20 instead of £40.
Standard delivery to the UK mainland takes 3 to 5 working days and costs £2.99 on orders under £50, or nothing above that. Express delivery in up to 2 working days is £3.99, and next working day delivery is £5.99 for orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday. Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, the Isle of Wight, the Scottish Highlands and Islands and some Aberdeenshire postcodes count as non-mainland, where standard delivery is £5.99 and takes 3 to 7 working days. Every delivery needs a signature, so parcels are not left in a safe place. Shoppers in France, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria and Luxembourg order from the brand's EU site, and US shoppers from its US site.
Every order is covered by a 28 day money back guarantee that starts on the day the goods arrive. Items must come back unused, in their original condition and packaging, and the shopper pays the return postage. A returns form on the contact page brings a return number, and IT Luggage can arrange a collection for a fee it quotes first. Refunds are processed within 10 working days of the return reaching the warehouse and go back to the original card or account. Personalised Modify panels cannot be refunded for a change of mind. Suitcases carry a 10 year warranty against manufacturing faults. Klarna is offered at checkout for interest free payments.
