The policy page grants 30 days after receipt to ask to send an item back, unworn, with tags and in the original packaging, and states that goods shipped within the EU can be cancelled within 14 days without giving reasons. The money is paid back to the original payment method within 10 working days of approval. The same page says that sale items and vouchers are excluded from the 30 days, so ask the shop before ordering a sale watch you may want to send back.
