About Milky Goodness – Breastfeeding Support Made Simple
Milky Goodness is an Australian-owned breastfeeding support brand dedicated to helping mums feel confident and supported during their breastfeeding journey. Founded by Bec, a mum of three who experienced low milk supply herself, the brand was created out of personal experience and a passion for helping other mothers overcome similar challenges.
Today, Milky Goodness has helped over 50,000 mums across Australia with carefully formulated lactation products designed to support milk supply naturally. Their range combines nourishing ingredients with great taste, making breastfeeding support both effective and enjoyable.
Milky Goodness Product Range
Lactation Cookies
The brand’s best-selling lactation cookies are crafted using natural galactagogues such as:
- Flaxseed – commonly used to support milk supply
- Brewer’s yeast – rich in B vitamins
- Oats – traditionally associated with lactation support
Popular flavours include Chocolate Chip, Nutella, Biscoff (Dairy-Free), Caramilk, Mint Slice, and Strawberry. These cookies are designed to be enjoyed daily and are available in standard and bundle packs for better savings.
Lactation Drink Mixes
For mums who prefer a warm or cold beverage option, Milky Goodness offers lactation drink mixes. These blends provide a convenient alternative to cookies and are ideal for busy routines.
Lactation Granola & Brownies
The brand also offers lactation granola blends and brownies for added variety. These options allow mums to incorporate milk-supporting ingredients into breakfast or snack time.
Support Essentials
Beyond snacks, Milky Goodness offers breastfeeding essentials such as milk storage solutions and educational eBooks. These resources are designed to provide practical support beyond nutrition.

Milky Goodness understands that every mum has different dietary needs. That’s why they offer:
