A practical savings guide for shoppers using Octopus Energy DE offers.
Yes. On 4 November 2026 Octopus Energy Germany showed a code for a €100 gift voucher, offered for a limited time with no end date stated. You enter the code when you sign the contract and must not cancel during the withdrawal period; the voucher arrives by email at the end of November, or once the withdrawal period is over. The full conditions are in the PDF on the voucher page.
If a friend who is already a customer sends you their link, you get €150 and they get €50, credited on the bill after both of you have been supplied for at least six months with all monthly payments made. You must not have been an Octopus customer in the past 12 months. Existing electricity customers who also take an Octopus gas tariff get €50, and customers can collect up to 44,444 PAYBACK points depending on their electricity use. If you are not happy with the switch, Octopus credits €50 after a call to 0800 400 8010.
The tariffs include Octopus Wave, which follows monthly purchase costs, a five year tariff, a combined electricity and gas tariff, a dynamic tariff and smart charging tariffs for electric cars and solar systems. Prices depend on your address and use and appear after you enter your postcode, so compare the working price and monthly base price there before you sign.
