Yes, for a first order. OHEN gives newsletter subscribers 15% off their first purchase, and its site shows the code for that discount, listed on this page. On 24 October 2026 OHEN showed no sitewide sale, so the first order code and the Rewards programme were the ways to pay less.
On 24 October 2026 The Balconette, The Teardrop, The Lift and The Contour bras were each NZ$139, The Demi Bra NZ$149 and The Bralette NZ$129. Briefs come in eight cuts, from The Highrise and The Highwaist to The Thong, The Bikini and The Mid French. A new colour, Candy, was arriving across selected styles. The Fit Studio has size charts, a bra calculator and fitting appointments, which helps avoid a return.
Orders leave OHEN's New Zealand warehouse within 2 to 3 business days. In New Zealand, express shipping is free over NZ$200 and NZ$10 below that, with delivery to metro areas in about 1 to 2 business days and 1 to 2 days more for rural addresses. Australian orders cost A$15 below the free shipping line, which the shipping page puts at A$250, and take about 3 to 12 business days. Australian orders above A$1,000 attract import charges that the receiver pays.
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed items with all tags attached and, where possible, the original packaging. Final Sale items cannot be returned unless faulty, and DAL 1992 hosiery cannot be returned once opened. Exchanges are for another size or colour, or store credit if it is unavailable. New Zealand returns are free with the label in the parcel, sent back in the OHEN box by NZ Post pickup or drop-off. For Australia, email hello@shopohen.com to arrange a return and check who covers the postage. Refunds go to the original payment method about 5 business days after the return arrives, plus 3 to 10 business days for your bank, and original shipping is not refunded unless the item was faulty or wrong. Orders cannot be cancelled or changed once placed, and payment is taken at OHEN's secure checkout.
Sign up for the newsletter before your first order, join Rewards so the purchase earns points, and check your size in the Fit Studio first, since returns must be unworn and within 14 days.
