Is there a Sisley Paris promo code?

Not a public code on the US site at the moment. Sisley Paris rewards orders through gifts with purchase, a Last Chance selection and its auto-replenishment and loyalty programs instead. Its exclusive offers page says new online offers appear every week, so the gift below can change. There was no Halloween or Black Friday offer on the US site on 24 October 2026.

The $350 threshold is counted on the subtotal before taxes, after loyalty point redemptions, discounts and e-gift cards. Orders paid in full with loyalty points do not qualify, and Last Chance items are not eligible for any gift with purchase.

Each order includes personalized deluxe samples: in early October the samples page gave 2 samples on orders up to $200, 3 up to $400 and 4 above $400. Auto-replenishment orders are delivered on a schedule with automatic debit, get 10% off, ship free after the first order and earn loyalty points; the service is not available for items on promotional pricing. My Sisley Club members earn 1 point for every $10 spent, with double points for a birthday, and points stay valid for 12 months.

Shipping, returns and payment

Shipping: FedEx Standard Shipping is free of charge with any order and typically takes 1 to 5 business days within the continental United States. A tracking number is sent with every shipment.

Returns: the site advertises a 30 days guarantee and sets out the return process in its Purchase Policy. Sisley says it cannot guarantee a cancellation once an order is processed, so check the order before you pay.

Payment: the US site lists secure payment and a Klarna FAQ for paying in instalments, and e-gift cards and loyalty points can be used against an order. Customer service answers on 1-855-747-2948, Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm Eastern time.
