Is there a British Music Experience voucher code?
No public voucher code was listed on the museum's website or ticket site on 23 October 2026. The museum instead prices its tickets lower online than at the door, so the simplest saving is to book your time slot in advance. Newsletter subscribers are told about new exhibits, events and presale offers first.
Current British Music Experience offers
- Book online: £2 off adult, child and concession tickets and £6 off a family ticket compared with walk up prices.
- Groups: parties of 10 or more adults receive discounted entry.
- Carers: one free carer ticket for each eligible visitor, issued on arrival with proof of eligibility.
- Repeat visits: the museum says a general entry ticket is valid for one year.

An audio tour is available free through the Smartify app, so bring headphones. The temporary exhibition On Centre Stage: 50 Years of Rock Against Racism runs from 10 September 2026 to 3 January 2027. A typical visit takes about two and a half hours.
Opening times and getting there
The visit page lists daily opening from 10am to 5pm with last entry at 4pm, and asks visitors to check availability in advance for planned closures or sold out dates. The museum is at the Cunard Building, Pier Head, Liverpool L3 1DS, close to James Street and Moorfields stations and opposite the Mersey Ferry terminal. It has step-free access throughout.
How to save at the British Music Experience
Book online rather than at the door, choose the family ticket when two adults bring children, organise a group of 10 or more for the group rate, and keep your ticket for a return visit within the year. The merch store and Star Café can be used without a museum ticket.
