The Diamond tier is $417 a month for 155g of caviar each month, with 25% off caviar and roe all year and 30% off in December. Emerald costs $250 a shipment for 110g four times a year, with 15% off all year and 30% in December. Sapphire is $250 a shipment twice a year, with 15% off caviar and roe. Club parcels cannot go to a PO Box.
Salmon and whitefish roe start at $14 and trout roe at $16. Paddlefish starts at $53, Hackleback at $70, Siberian Sturgeon at $120, Kaluga Hybrid at $147, Osetra at $170 and Imperial Golden Osetra at $204, rising with tin size.
Orders are packed on ice and sent by UPS Priority Overnight for a $30 flat rate. They are usually processed in 1 to 3 business days, Monday to Thursday, and 250g, 500g or 1kg tins need 1 or 2 extra days. For Thanksgiving, the shop asks for orders by Monday 23 November for guaranteed delivery.
