A practical savings guide for shoppers using VividTents offers.
VividTents does not publish a promo code at the moment, and a search on 18 October 2026 found no current code for it. Its own site lists a few things that cost nothing extra: an in-house designer will create your tent at no extra cost, product pages list a free artwork fix, and every order comes with a free PDF print proof to approve before production.
Prices are set by tent size and start at these figures on the products page:
The 10x10 gives 100 square feet of cover and fits a standard vendor booth. Full walls, half walls, a back wall, table covers and feather flags are add-ons that raise the price. Tents are described as collapsible, portable, fire-retardant and waterproof.
Orders are tracked: a tracking number is emailed once the tent ships, and rush production is offered on most products. Because every tent is printed to order, VividTents does not take returns for a change of mind. A production or printing defect has to be reported within 30 days of delivery with photos; if it is approved, VividTents pays the return shipping and gives a refund or a replacement. The hardware and printing carry a 2-year limited cover. Payment is by Visa, MasterCard, American Express or PayPal.
Use the free design service rather than paying a designer elsewhere, and read the free PDF proof carefully before approving it, since a design mistake you approve cannot be sent back. Price the base tent first, then add only the walls and flags you will use at your event.
