Shipping, returns and payment

Orders over $99 ship free. Below that, Covers & All charges a fixed rate based on the order value, with three shipping types to choose from. Custom and personalised orders usually take 24 to 48 hours to make, and delivery takes 2 to 10 business days depending on the method. The site gives a guaranteed delivery date and refunds the shipping difference if it misses that date, except for carrier delays.

Problems must be reported within 30 days of delivery, through a ticket in My Account with photos of the product and packaging; the team says it reviews cases within 12 hours. Standard products can be refunded or replaced only if they arrive damaged, defective, lost or substantially different from the order. Custom and close-out products are replaced, not refunded, and only for damage, defects, loss or a customisation error on Covers & All's side. Measure carefully, because a size or spelling mistake you enter is not covered. Schools, government offices, non-profits and large companies can ask to pay by purchase order or cheque.
