HalloweenCostumes.com does not publish typed promo codes on its site. Its help desk says current promotions switch on automatically once your cart meets the offer's conditions, or through the link in the offer, and only one coupon can be used per order. Sign-up offers arrive by email. That is why this page lists the store's offers rather than codes.

Ways to save at HalloweenCostumes.com right now

Checked on 15 October 2026:

• 15% off your first order when you join its Costume Club by email or text; the coupon is emailed after you sign up.
• $10 off orders of $50 or more for students, after signing up with a valid student ID.
• $10 off orders of $50 or more for military members and their families.
• Monster Rewards: a 10% off sign-up bonus, then 1 point for every $1 you spend, which becomes Monster Money for a later order. The rewards page does not say what a point is worth.
• The Halloween Costume Sale, with a banner promising up to 90% off select merchandise, and a separate Clearance section. Both use marked-down prices with no code.

Because only one coupon applies per order, compare the 15% sign-up offer with the student or military $10 on your basket: on a $50 order the $10 saves more, and from about $67 the 15% does.

US delivery dates for Halloween 2026

Halloween falls on Saturday 31 October. For US addresses, the store's delivery page gives these last order days for arrival by Friday 30 October:

Its help desk gives cut-offs of 12pm CST for Standard, Priority and Express Saver and 1pm CST for Express, Premium and Saturday, while the delivery page shows midnight, so check the promised delivery date at checkout. Shipping prices depend on the weight and size of the order; we found no free-shipping threshold on its pages. HalloweenCostumes.com return policy

• Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the original order date, new and unused, in the original packaging, with the packing slip and a traceable shipping method. You pay the return postage, and the original shipping is not refunded.
• A refund carries an 18% restocking fee and takes 2 to 4 weeks. FunBuck$ site credit is instant and has no fee.
• Wigs, beards, cosmetics, eyelashes, teeth, prosthetic noses and chins, undergarments, socks and stockings, factory-sealed packages and pet costumes must be unopened and unworn. Shoes must be unmarked.
• You can try a costume on, but dirt, odours, pet hair, deodorant or perfume make it ineligible. Discontinued items cannot be returned, and checkout flags them.
• There is no seasonal extension: the 30 days run from the order date, and returns take up to 4 weeks to process from September to December. A return that is refused is not sent back.

A sizing tip before you order

The store's help desk explains that the measurements on each product page are taken in-house and describe the costume itself, not the person wearing it. Measure a piece of clothing that fits you well and compare it with those numbers rather than with your body measurements, then try the costume on with the tags still attached so you keep the option to return it.

Shipping outside the US

HalloweenCostumes.com ships to more than 200 countries, and costs appear in the cart after you enter your country. Parcel Priority (FedEx, 1 to 4 business days), Parcel Priority Saver (FedEx, 3 to 7 business days) and Parcel Economy Plus (3 to 10 business days) include duties, while Parcel Economy (3 to 10 business days) leaves duties and taxes to be paid on delivery. All have a 12pm CST cut-off, and international transit times are not guaranteed. It also runs separate sites for Canada, the UK, Australia, the EU and Mexico.

HalloweenCostumes.com calls itself the largest online-only costume retailer in the world. It began in 1992 as a costume rental business in Minnesota, went online in 2001 and is based in North Mankato. It lists more than 10,000 costumes and 3,500 exclusives, including its own "Made By Us" designs, with sections for adult, plus size, kids, baby, adaptive, couples, group and pet costumes, plus accessories, makeup, wigs and masks.
