Delivery for big decorations
Large pieces can cost more to ship. Halloween Express charges oversized-item fees that its free shipping offer does not cover, and some items cannot go by air. For delivery dates before Saturday 31 October, see our last-minute Halloween guide.
Returns on decorations
- Halloween Express handles animatronics and electrical items through customer care rather than online returns, and refunds carry a 15% restocking fee.
- Party City lists inflatables among the items that must be unopened to be returned, and Halloween products only up to 7 days before the holiday.
- HalloweenCostumes.com and FUN.com take new, unused items back within 30 days of the order, with an 18% fee on refunds.
- Spirit Halloween store sales are final after 22 October.
Buy now or after Halloween?
None of these stores has published its 2026 post-Halloween plans on the pages we read, so we do not predict percentages. What we can say is that large animatronics were already reduced by up to 50% at HalloweenCostumes.com, that Spirit Halloween's online store stays open all year, and that clearance sections exist at HalloweenCostumes.com, FUN.com and Halloween Express. We will add confirmed after-Halloween offers to our Halloween deals page.
How we checked this page
Prices, counts and rules come from the stores' own websites, read on 15 October 2026: HalloweenCostumes.com and FUN.com (US view), Halloween Express, Party City, and Spirit Halloween's decor pages as shown on 14 October. Prices change daily and many reductions apply to some sizes only, so check the price at checkout. We did not test or buy these products. More offers are on our Halloween deals page and in the Halloween deals hub. This page is maintained by the SavingArena Editorial Team.
