A practical savings guide for shoppers using Name Stories offers.
No. Name Stories says in its FAQ that it does not run discounts, because each print is made to order. The way to save is its free shipping offer: order two items of the same type, such as two unframed prints or two framed prints, and free standard ground shipping is applied at checkout. Unframed prints cost $29 at 8x10 inches and $36 at 11x14 inches. Framed and matted prints cost $119 at 8x10 in black or white and $129 in maple, and $139 or $149 at 11x14. The Initial Bag Charm gift set with a keepsake art card is $20. Each print can carry a short personal line above the name.
Unframed prints take 2 to 3 business days to make and framed prints 5 to 6, then unframed prints go by USPS Ground, usually 3 to 7 days. Unframed prints ship to all 50 states, framed prints to the 48 contiguous states only, and international shipping, Canada included, is paused for now. Expedited shipping costs extra.
Because every print is personalized, Name Stories does not accept returns for a wrong order, a typo in your details or a change of mind, so check the name and colours before you pay. A damaged, defective or incorrect order reported within 7 days of delivery, with photos, is replaced free. Changes are possible only before printing starts.
