Is there a New York Sightseeing promo code?
Not a public one. Gray Line New York Sightseeing's own FAQ does not mention promo codes, and its site showed no code, sale or seasonal offer on 24 October 2026. Its home page invites visitors to save on bus tours, packages and boat tours, but without a stated discount. The savings it does set out are for families: a child price for ages 3 to 11 and free rides for the youngest children.
Many searches for a New York sightseeing pass code are really about city attraction passes sold under other brands, such as The New York Pass. Those passes carry their own codes and terms on their own sites, and this page covers Gray Line New York Sightseeing only.
Current New York Sightseeing savings
- Under 3 ride free: on double-decker tours, for children who do not occupy a seat.
- Child fares: ages 3 to 11 pay the child price on double-decker tours.
Age rules for third-party products sold on the site can differ, so read the ticket page before you book. Individual students do not get a discount; school groups are asked to contact charter@newyorksightseeing.com.
What New York Sightseeing sells
The site groups its range into bus tours, packages and boat tours, with guides for Woodbury Common, One World Observatory, the Empire State Building, Times Square, the Statue of Liberty and day trips from the city. It also lists airport transfers under Go Airlink, a luggage service called CityBags Express, gifts, quotes for group charters, and a page for travel agents. The double-decker buses run rain or shine, and the stops are shown on the All-Loops Tour map.
Shipping, returns and payment
Tickets: nothing is shipped. After purchase the voucher appears on screen, and a confirmation email with a voucher link arrives within two hours. You can show the digital pass on your phone or a printed copy at each attraction's admission desk.
Refunds and validity: the FAQ says online tickets for most tours are non-refundable. You have one year from the purchase date to start using a pass, after which it expires.
Payment: the website takes Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Visitor centers also accept cash, travelers checks, Discover and JCB, and street sales associates take cash, travelers checks, Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
Customer service answers daily from 6am to midnight Eastern time on +1 212 445 7599. Accessibility assistance is booked on 1-800-669-0051 at least 48 hours before departure.
How to save on New York Sightseeing
- Book the child fare for anyone aged 3 to 11, and check whether an under 3 will sit on a lap to ride free.
- Buy only when your dates are fixed, since most online tickets cannot be refunded.
- Use the full year of validity to fit the tour around your trip, and start using the pass before it expires.
