Is there a Sandos Hotels & Resorts discount code?
Yes. Sandos publishes its promo codes on the special offers page of sandos.com, and each one only works on bookings made directly on that site or through the Sandos call center. On 24 October 2026 three codes were live, each with its own booking deadline and travel window, so check both dates before you book.
Current Sandos offers
- Sandos Week (until 25 October 2026): up to 45% off at all four Mexico resorts, plus a resort credit booklet of up to $500 per reservation with code RESORT26. Travel can be booked from 12 October 2026 to 20 December 2028, except 21 December 2026 to 16 January 2027, 21 December 2027 to 12 January 2028, holidays and some peak dates. The full 45% only applies on selected dates, and the sale cannot be combined with other promotions.
- Sandos4U extra during Sandos Week: New and Blue members get a further 5% off and Gold members 10%, if they register before booking.
- Free arrival transfer at Sandos Playacar: code FREETSPLYCR, for stays of 4 or more consecutive nights on a non-refundable rate, booked and travelled by 31 October 2026. It covers 1 to 8 passengers one way, and the return leg costs $106.
- Free arrival transfer at Sandos Finisterra: code FREETSFNSTR, on the same 4 night, non-refundable terms and dates.
What the resort credit covers
The Sandos Week booklet is made of coupons used during the stay: $40 for Seek and Go tours, $100 for Seek and Go transfers, $100 at Spa del Mar for selected treatments, $40 at the beauty salon, $70 at PhotoPro, $40 on Sandos merchandise, $100 at Scuba Libre and $10 on wine at Sandos restaurants. Coupons cannot be combined with each other, swapped for cash or used by groups, and anything left unused is lost.
Sandos4U membership
Sandos4U is the free loyalty programme. Members see member rates when they book, earn Sandos4U Coins after check-out based on their level and the amount paid without tax, and can spend coins on rewards such as an airport transfer, a full day Chichen Itza tour, a massage or Sandos merchandise. Registered members can also claim a free welcome gift once per reservation through the members site while checked in.
Booking, cancellation and payment
Under the general booking terms, a credit card guarantees the reservation, and a no-show is charged according to the hotel's own policy. Cancellations can be made on the website or by email; the cancellation rules of the booked hotel, shown during booking, decide whether a fee applies. Note that the transfer codes only work on non-refundable rates. Prices include VAT or the local equivalent, while local taxes are paid at the hotel. Rooms are available from 3:00 pm on arrival and must be vacated by 12:00 noon on departure, an official ID is needed at check-in, and the person booking must be over 18.

Book through sandos.com or the official phone lines, since the codes do not apply elsewhere, and join Sandos4U before you book to stack the member discount and earn coins.
