Secrets of Tea Promo Codes and Offers

Is there a Secrets of Tea promo code?

Yes, for a first order. The welcome pop-up on secretsoftea.com asks for your email and shows a 15% code as soon as you join, and codes are entered at checkout. There is no public code for repeat orders at the moment, so after the first order the savings come from bundles and the sale prices marked on the site.

Shipping, returns and payment

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, Monday to Friday. The banner and cart show free standard US shipping on orders over $35, and the shipping policy page says standard US delivery is free with no minimum, so check the shipping line at checkout. Standard US delivery takes 3 to 7 business days, express takes 1 to 3 for an extra charge, and the shop does not ship to PO Boxes or APO and FPO addresses. International orders take 7 to 14 business days and cost $16.99 under $40, $13.99 from $40 to $79.99 and $8.99 from $80, with import duties paid by the customer. Carriers are USPS, UPS and FedEx.

The refund policy gives you 30 days from delivery to ask for a full refund or a free replacement by email with your order number, and because the products are consumable you do not need to send anything back. Approved refunds go to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 7 business days. Downloadable eBooks are not refundable once accessed. Checkout takes most major credit cards, PayPal and Shop Pay.
