Apex Learning Promo Code and Tuition Prices

Is there an Apex Learning promo code?

Apex Learning Virtual School did not publish a promo code or discount on 28 October 2026. The clearest saving is to book a course for two semesters at $700.00 instead of paying $380.00 per semester. Its tuition page also says ESA funds can be used for tuition in many states.

Apex Learning tuition

• Part-time single semester, 18 weeks: $380.00.
• Part-time two semesters: $700.00.
• Summer courses: $380.00 for one semester or $700.00 for two, with enrollment from 1 May to 31 July.
• Credit recovery, 10 weeks: $250.00.
• Single tutorial with 6 months of access: $49.00.
• Full-time program: $5,200 for grades K to 5, $5,500 for grades 6 to 8 and $6,875 for grades 9 to 12.

Full-time families can pay $1,500 at acceptance and the rest monthly, which brings the total to $5,380, $5,680 or $7,055. Some courses need materials bought separately; the course catalog says which.

Enrollment and withdrawals

Most programs enroll every Monday all year, while fall and spring single semesters enroll from 15 August to 30 April. A guardian can withdraw a course by written request: within 14 calendar days of the start date a 20% enrollment fee is kept, and after 14 days no refund is given. Course transfers can be requested in the first 14 days.
