Delivery is free across the UK. BarronBeds uses its own couriers and calls or texts 24 to 48 hours before delivery with a day and time slot; nothing is sent out until a date has been confirmed with you, so give a phone number and email you check. Its delivery page puts the typical timescale at around 7 to 10 working days, with most orders out within 7 days, and weekend delivery is possible. Drivers deliver to the front door, or to the lobby in a block of flats, unless you pay extra. They do not carry items further, take away old beds or mattresses, or remove packaging, so keep your old bed until the new one has arrived and been checked, and mark any damage on the delivery paperwork.
You have 30 days after receiving an item to ask for a return by emailing contact@barronbeds.co.uk, and items sent back without an accepted request are refused. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with proof of purchase. Custom and personalised orders cannot be returned. The policy says returns are handled case by case at the managers' discretion, with a £150 delivery, collection and admin fee. Accepted refunds go back to the original payment method within 7 working days, with no restocking fee. Orders can be placed online or by phone with a sales rep, and payment options are shown at checkout.
