Houzz Pro does not publish a coupon code on its site. The savings it states are a 30 day free trial, which can be cancelled anytime before the annual subscription begins, and a Free Plan that needs no credit card.

Houzz Pro plan prices

The pricing page lists three paid plans for contractors and design firms.

• Design: $99/mo for 1 user, with 3D Floor Plans, Mood Boards, CRM, Estimates and Proposals, Invoices and Online Payments.
• Pro: $199/mo for 1 user, adding Takeoffs, Bid Management, Change Orders, Contracts and Project Schedule.
• Teams: from $399/mo with unlimited users, adding Email Marketing, a Custom Website and Dedicated Support.

Additional users are $50/user/mo, and an Advertising Package starts at $499/mo.

Shipping, returns and payment

Houzz Pro is online software, so there is nothing to ship. The 30 day free trial is for new customers who are signing up for Houzz Pro for the first time, and the annual subscription starts when the trial ends unless it is cancelled during the trial.

Houzz's Pro terms say a paid plan runs for an initial term, usually 12, 24 or 36 months from the day you start paying, and that a promotion or discount applies only during that initial term. Outside Italy and Australia, plans renew automatically for further 12 month terms unless you give notice before the current term ends, by calling customer service, by emailing pronotices@houzz.com or, where offered, in your account settings. You can choose not to renew, but a paid plan cannot be ended before the end of its term.

The terms also state that amounts paid to Houzz are non-refundable as far as the law allows, including for a partial month or for time the service was not used. Houzz says it gives at least 30 days written notice by email before a price increase. Plans are billed to a stored payment method such as a card, and a purchase can carry extra fees such as set-up fees or a surcharge for paying by card; the Pro Services Agreement emailed at sign-up lists the price and term of your plan. Read it, and the plan length in your account settings, before the trial ends.
