The bundle pairs a camera with a monthly Petcube Care plan that must run for at least 12 months. After that you can cancel at any time, which turns off video history and Smart Alerts but keeps live streaming and basic motion and sound alerts. Cancelling early, or a failed payment, means paying the camera's full price: $39.99 for the Cam or $99.95 for the Bites 2 Lite. On the Cam bundle, Care adds 3 days of video history, Smart Alerts, saved clips, a web interface and daily diary videos. A coupon that adds free Care months blocks other Care coupons until those months end.
Petcube ships only to the country of your billing or mailing address, and not to P.O. boxes, freight forwarders, warehouses, airports or hotels. The Care Bundle page lists 2-day shipping, and delivery dates come from the carrier's tracking link. Purchases from petcube.com or official resellers can be refunded within 45 calendar days of purchase for any reason: ask support@petcube.com for a return authorization, and send the product undamaged with all accessories in its original box and sleeve. You prepay return shipping, shipping charges, gift wrap and taxes are not refunded, and the credit takes at least 14 calendar days. Devices carry a 1 year limited warranty when bought from Petcube or a listed reseller such as Amazon (sold by Petcube), Walmart or Chewy in the US. Care plans are billed monthly.
Buy during the Halloween promotion if you want a camera outright, or take the Care Bundle if you plan to pay for Care anyway, as it removes the camera cost. Join the app first to get 5% off a later order.
