Is there a Schecker Gutschein?

Yes, for new subscribers. On 24 October 2026 Schecker offered a €5 voucher code to anyone who signs up for its newsletter. It works once, on a first order of €25 or more, cannot be combined with another voucher or paid out, and stays valid for 6 months after you receive it. Only one voucher code can be used per order, and it is entered in the basket or at checkout. No public code, Halloween offer or Black Friday sale was shown on the site that day.

Current Schecker offers

• Newsletter voucher: €5 off a first order from €25.
• Futterservice: 5% off food placed in a subscription, with free delivery of subscription orders from €39. Delivery dates, quantities and items can be changed and the plan cancelled at any time.
• Sale: the sale section, split into Sommer-Sale, Outlet and Rette mich, shows reductions of up to 72%. Examples: the black Mesh Original lead at €3.90 instead of €13.99, the Nobby FILPA dog jumper from €12.35 instead of €32.99 and a striped Schecker cooling mat (65 x 50 cm) at €7.49 instead of €11.99.
• Own brand lead: the red Schecker lead with embroidered name lettering from €15.99 instead of €27.99.

What Schecker sells

The range covers dog food and snacks, grooming and care, accessories such as leads, collars and harnesses, toys and training products, and dog coats and jumpers, with brands like Trixie, Nobby, Karlie, DogBite and Schecker's own products. Seasonal pages group gifts for Christmas, Halloween items and gear for travelling with a dog. DogBite winter jackets were listed from €18.20 and rain jackets from €15.85, depending on colour.

Shipping, returns and payment

Delivery within Germany costs a flat €5.95 and is free from €55. The shipping page gives a delivery time of 1 to 3 working days, and the shop's FAQ says parcels usually take 2 to 4 working days; individual product pages show their own times. Parcels go by DHL. Flat rates abroad are €9.95 to the Netherlands, €10.60 to Belgium, €12.95 to France, €13.95 to Italy, €14.30 to Luxembourg and €14.90 to mainland Spain; the Spanish islands are not served. Austria and Switzerland have their own Schecker sites.

You can withdraw from an order within 14 days, provided the goods are unworn, unopened and in their original packaging. Returns are free with the Schecker return label, which you request in your customer account or through the DHL return portal linked on the returns page; guest buyers ask customer service for one. Customer service is open Monday to Friday 9:00 to 17:00 and Saturday 9:00 to 13:00.

Payment options are prepayment, SEPA direct debit, Visa and Mastercard, PayPal, Sofort bank transfer, Klarna invoice, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

How to save at Schecker

Use the €5 newsletter voucher on a first order that also reaches €55, so delivery is free as well. For food you buy regularly, the Futterservice takes 5% off each delivery and ships free from €39. For accessories and clothing, start in the sale section, where the largest reductions are listed.
