A practical savings guide for shoppers using West Ham United offers.
The Official West Ham United Store sells the 2026/27 kit, New Balance training wear, fashion, gifts and homeware. No discount code and no sale section are shown on the site at the moment, so the savings come from the delivery offer and the supporter discount.
The store's Christmas section is already live, with Christmas jumpers, pyjamas, nightwear and slippers, decorations, homeware, stocking fillers and an advent calendar. Gifts are grouped into under £10, under £20 and under £30 pages, which makes it easier to stay below a budget. These are regular prices rather than a Christmas sale.
Standard UK delivery is £4.99 and takes 2 to 5 working days, or nothing on orders over £100. Express UK delivery is £6.99 for 1 to 3 working days; express orders placed before 12pm on a working day leave the warehouse the same day. Click and Collect is free. Abroad, EU1 countries such as France, Germany, Ireland and Spain pay £10 standard or £15 express, EU2 countries £15 or £20, the United States £12 or £18, Canada £15 or £20 and Australia £15 or £25. Shipments to several Middle East countries and to Belarus are suspended for now. The store warns that kit launches, Black Friday and Christmas can slow deliveries, and a missing parcel must be reported within 30 days of ordering.
Unwanted items can be returned within 28 days of delivery, unworn and unused in their original packaging, for a full refund of the item price. Personalised shirts cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty or printed wrongly, and gift cards, e-vouchers and underwear are not refundable. For an exchange you pay the return postage and any re-shipping charge. Use the returns form on the back of the delivery note and post the parcel to the Online Store at London Stadium; refunds take 3 to 5 working days to process. Prices are charged in £, and Trustly is among the payment options.
