Shipping, returns and payment

Every print is made to order, and nothing is printed or shipped at weekends. UK delivery is free and tracked, and an express option is offered; unframed prints take about 5 to 7 business days. Orders abroad are printed close to the buyer where possible: the USA pays a flat $10, Australia £10, the EU a flat rate of about £10 (shown as €11.95) from a partner in Amsterdam with no import duty, the Channel Islands £5.95 and Dubai £20 plus local import duty. Gift orders are sent without branding or an invoice, so the recipient does not see the price.

The shop advertises a 30 day quality guarantee and says it will offer a replacement or a refund if you are not happy. A print damaged in transit is reprinted; keep the packaging and email photos of the damage and the box with your order number. Returns are sent back at the buyer's cost.
