Shipping, returns and payment

Orders are processed within 1 business day, and most orders placed by 2:00 PM Pacific Time ship the same day; later orders ship the next business day, excluding weekends and national holidays. Lightkiwi ships by USPS, UPS or FedEx. Standard shipping within the United States typically takes 3 to 8 business days in transit and expedited shipping 2 to 3. The shop's page descriptions state free shipping, and the shipping cost of an order shows at checkout. Tracking is emailed when the order ships, although orders under $15 may not get tracking. A delivery address can be changed only within 60 minutes of ordering, by replying to the order confirmation email. Buyers outside the United States pay any import duties, taxes and brokerage fees on delivery.

The home page states a 30 day money back guarantee. Read the refund policy page for its conditions before ordering, and contact cs@lightkiwi.com if a different product arrives.

How to save at Lightkiwi

• Measure your railing runs before buying cable: multiply the length by the number of cable rows and add 10 to 15% for waste, as the deck cable page suggests, then compare the 500ft and 1000ft spool prices.
• Check the sale price against the regular price shown on each product.
• Military members and first responders can check the GovX ID page for the shop's discount.
• Order by 2:00 PM Pacific Time for same day dispatch.
