Laurastar Discount Code and Promo Code Offers in Australia

Is there a Laurastar discount code?

Laurastar does not publish a public promo code on its Australian site. Join the free Laurastar Club instead and Laurastar sends a 10% discount voucher for your first purchase, for use online or at a Laurastar showroom. Read the voucher terms before you pay, as the site does not say whether it combines with sale prices.

Current Laurastar offers

• Early access Black Friday: 30% off RRP on all LIFT bundles. The LIFT Bundle, a LIFT steam station in Red or White with a Comfort Board, Plus Board or Steam Cart, shows $1,048 to $1,118 next to $1,498. No end date is given.
• LIFT Xtra Midnight Blue Bundle: $1,499 against an original $2,197, with a free Comfort Board and Steam Cart in the launch offer, which ends 30 October.
• Trade & Save: hand in an old Laurastar iron for a rebate off the RRP of a new LIFT, LIFT Plus, LIFT Xtra, S Pure, Smart I or Smart U. An iron from another brand earns $200 off the RRP of a new LIFT or LIFT Xtra.

How Trade & Save works

Rebates are worked out on RRP, not sale prices, with one per new purchase. Online, you enter the 12 digit serial number from the silver sticker, pay full RRP and post the old iron and boiler back with the reply paid Australia Post label. Claim within 60 days and the rebate goes back to your payment method, usually within 5 to 7 business days. You can also use one of the five showrooms or call 1800 999 910, where extra Black Friday rebates are offered.

Laurastar prices

The home page lists the Lift range from $999, the Izzi Plus from $1,399, the Aura Plus from $1,499 and the Smart range from $2,799. LIFT bundles with a Steam Cart and Board start at $1,327.

Delivery and returns

Orders go by Australia Post or Direct Freight Express. Laurastar aims to process them within 5 to 7 business days, emails tracking, and may add a surcharge for some remote areas. To return an item, notify Laurastar in writing within 14 days of purchase. Faulty appliances are replaced or refunded within the first 28 days. Change of mind returns carry a 15% restocking fee, you pay the freight back, and a $75 cleaning fee applies if the appliance is not cleaned with the water removed.

How to save at Laurastar

For a LIFT, the bundles are the cheapest way in while the 30% off RRP offer runs. With an older iron to hand in, compare the Trade & Save rebate with the sale price first, because the rebate is only paid on RRP.
