Delivery, returns and warranty

Orders go by DHL Express or FedEx Express and usually arrive in 3 to 7 business days, and machines ship separately from ink and powder. The shipping policy says import tax and VAT are not included in the listed price, so check the total at checkout. A return must be requested within 7 days of delivery, unopened, unused and never filled with ink, and a 5% return service fee is deducted; you pay the return shipping when the reason is your own. Print heads carry a 6 month warranty.
