Delivery: parcels sent by GLS, DPD or DHL are free within mainland Germany and usually take 2 to 3 working days. Heavy or bulky goods go by freight in about 3 to 6 working days, with a weight-based surcharge of €10 to €30, and are delivered to the kerb or ground-floor door only, without carrying in or assembly. Island delivery costs €60.00, remote areas can cost more, and orders abroad take 3 to 4 extra working days. Collection from Kleinhülsen 12 in Hilden is by appointment.

Returns: you can withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. Sonni refunds the payment, including standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving the notice, using the original payment method, and may wait until the goods are back. Return postage is paid by the customer and is estimated at up to about €30.00. There is no exchange service, and transport damage or missing parts must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photos or video.

Payment: Sonni accepts Visa and Mastercard, PayPal, Klarna invoice or instalments, and bank transfer in advance; orders paid by transfer ship once the money arrives. When collecting in Hilden, payment on site is by EC card or PayPal.
