CritterZone USA Promo Codes and Prices

CritterZone USA promo codes and shop prices

CritterZone does not publish a promo code on critterzoneusa.com, and no product in the shop carries a sale price today. The saving on the site is the 2-Pack.

• CritterZone Air Naturalizer: $129.00.
• Air Naturalizer 2-Pack: $229.00, $29 less than two single units.
• Car Adapter: $15.00.
• Replacement Power Cord: $15.00.

Running costs

The Air Naturalizer uses no filters, so there are no replacement filters to buy. CritterZone's FAQ says it draws 3 watts on its highest setting, that one unit covers up to 800 square feet, and that the only upkeep is a quick clean every few months or as needed. Regular cleaning of the inside and outside of the unit is also a condition of the warranty.

Shipping, returns and payment

Shipping: the site gives delivery as 3 to 5 business days. It does not publish a shipping charge or a free shipping offer, so check the delivery cost in the cart before you pay.

Returns: CritterZone offers a 30 day money-back guarantee, less any applicable charges and shipping and handling. Products must be post-marked within 30 days of the ship date and be in resalable condition. A return needs a Return Authorization Number from the customer services team by phone, must arrive within two weeks of that number being issued and must include the packing slip or a copy. The customer pays return postage by a traceable method; collect parcels and returns without a number are not accepted.

Warranty: products bought from an authorized dealer are covered against defects in materials or workmanship for one year from purchase. Parts and labor are free in that period, the customer pays transport, and cosmetic damage and batteries are not covered. Repairs carry their own 90 day warranty.

Payment: refunds go back to the credit card used for the order once the return has been received and inspected, usually within 10 business days, and can take a further 2 to 10 business days to show on the account.

How to save at CritterZone USA

With no code on the site, the 2-Pack is the only published price cut: if you want units for two rooms, it costs $229.00 against $258.00 for two singles. Keep the box and packing slip until you are sure about the unit, because a money-back return needs both the authorization number and the slip, and shipping and handling are deducted from the refund.
