Hartsmede Discount Code and Handmade Decor Offers

Is there a Hartsmede discount code?

Yes, two. On 24 October 2026 the banner across Hartsmede's site showed a buy any 2 code for 12% off and an autumn sale code for 10% off. The banner gives no end date for either, and it does not say whether they combine, so try the one that suits your basket and check the total before paying. The footer sign-up says members unlock exclusive deals, though it does not name a figure.

Shipping, returns and payment

International rates are shown at checkout, and import duties and VAT abroad are paid by the customer.

Hartsmede offers a 14-day money-back guarantee. Contact it within 14 days of receipt, and return items unused, in their original packaging and by a tracked service. Damaged or faulty items must be reported within 5 days with photos, and Hartsmede sends a free return label and offers a replacement or a full refund. For change of mind returns, £5.99 per leg of carriage and any delivery paid are deducted, plus a restocking fee of 10% of the order value or £9.99, whichever is greater. Refunds go back to the original payment method. The home page also mentions 0% finance, so check its terms at checkout before choosing it.
