HomeZada is subscription software rather than a store, so saving on it comes down to three decisions: which tier you need, whether you pay yearly or monthly, and whether you apply the code. Get all three right and the difference is substantial. Get only the code right and you leave most of the saving on the table.
The code is real, and HomeZada publishes it itself
HomeZada lists a code on its own homepage under Special Offer, giving 15% off an annual subscription. Reveal it on the offer above. That takes Premium from $99 to $84.15 and Deluxe from $189 to $160.65. Because we can see it on homezada.com rather than on an aggregator, it is a code you can rely on at checkout.
Annual billing saves more than the code does
Premium is $99 per year or $15.95 per month. Twelve monthly payments total $191.40, so choosing annual saves $92.40 for exactly the same access, a little under half. The 15% code is worth $14.85 on top of that. Both are worth having, but the billing cycle is the bigger lever by some distance, and it is the one that is easy to miss because monthly looks cheaper at the point of signup.
What each tier actually includes
The Essentials tier is free and is not a countdown trial. It carries home inventory, document storage, a contact list, a news feed, 10 Homeowner AI chats and 5 visual design AI photos. If your reason for wanting HomeZada is an itemized, photographed inventory for insurance, that is available without paying anything.
Premium at $99 a year adds the working modules: maintenance scheduling, remodel projects, home finances, reports and dashboards, and 100 AI chats. Preventative maintenance is where the app makes its money back, since scheduled servicing costs less than the repair it prevents.
Deluxe at $189 a year covers up to three properties and adds home marketing tools, 250 AI chats and 50 design photos. For someone with a rental alongside their own home, three properties at $189 comes in below two separate Premium accounts. Beyond three, each extra property is a $99 per year add-on, and 300 additional Zada AI credits cost $25, where a chat is one credit and an image is three.
One term to read before you buy
You can cancel at any time from the account summary page, but HomeZada states plainly that there are no refunds on either monthly or annual plans. Cancelling stops the renewal; it does not return what you have already paid. That makes the free Essentials tier the sensible starting point: use it to confirm the app suits how you manage your home, then move up to an annual plan with the code once you know.
One last detail that is easy to miss. Once your account exists you can invite as many family members as you like at no extra cost, so a second person in the household does not need their own subscription to reach the same records.
