Cups are not included, because we did not see their price. Party City's ground shipping is free only on orders of $50 or more, with sale and clearance items not counting, and costs $8.99 below that, so the 12-guest order delivered comes to about $25.38, or $2.12 a guest, unless you add enough to reach $50.
Party supplies on sale at Halloween Express
Halloween Express listed 456 party supply items, 294 on sale and 129 on clearance, such as Witch Party dinner plates (8 count) at $2.97 (30% off), a 122-piece orange and purple balloon garland kit at $11.28 (43% off) and 12 mini jack-o'-lantern candy buckets for $6.79. Its HEX49 code gives free economy shipping on orders of $49 or more.
Decorating kits and trunk-or-treat
